冬小麦形态解剖特征与其抗旱性关系的初步研究

摘    要:本试验以12个抗旱性不同的冬小麦推广品种为材料,从形态、解剖等方面研究了小麦品种间抗旱性的差別及一般特点。结果表明:植株较高,旗叶较窄长,旗叶面积抗旱系数大,叶片长宽比大、茎秆较细,茎及叶鞘内维管東数目较少,叶片内维管束密度较大是抗旱性较强的性状标志。干旱条件下,栽培措施相同,能形成较大的群体,亩穗数较多,光合面积较大和形成较多生物产量的品种其抗旱性强,经济产量高。结合文献,文中还讨沦了小麦抗旱性的复杂性,并初步提出了抗旱的小麦品种材料可分为“原始抗旱”及“改良抗早”二种类型。

Abstract:Twelve winter wheat cultivars with different drought-resistibility were used in this study. The results revealed that the cultivars with high drought-resistance had taller body, narrower flag leaves with high drought-resistant coefficient and high ratio of length to width, thinner stems, less bundles in stem and sheath and denser bundles in flag leaves. Under semiarid conditions, higher economic yield and drought-resistibility could be obtained for the cultivars with larger population, more ears, larger photosynthetic area and more biological yield. The complexity of drought resistibility of winter wheat is also discussed. It is suggested that drought resistant cultivars should be classified as primary and advanced types.
