北冬虫夏草人工栽培条件的优化

摘    要:通过单因素试验和主要因素的正交试验对北冬虫夏草人工栽培条件进行优化,结果表明:北冬虫夏草栽培的最适培养基为大米培养基,最佳接种量为20 ml,菌丝和子实体生长的最佳温度均为21℃,最佳光照时间为14 h/d。

Abstract:The conditions for artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris were optimized by single factor experiments and orthogonal test on main factors.The results showed that the best medium for Cordyceps militaris cultivation was the rice medium;the best inoculation amount was 20 ml;the optimum temperature for mycelia and fruiting body growth were both 21℃,and the best lighting time was 14 hours per day.
