青菜SOD活性与总蛋白的发育相关分析

摘    要:研究了青菜生长过程中,体内SOD活性和总蛋白含量的动态变化,探讨了SOD活性与总蛋白含量的发育相关性。实验结果表明,青菜苗生长过程中,比较不同培养条件的测定结果,3倍Hoagland's(霍格兰氏)营养液沙培养的青菜的SOD活性和总蛋白含量最高;SOD活性先上升,之后再下降,在第26天和第27天达到最高值144.5U/gFW;总蛋白含量呈现先上升再下降的趋势,在第27天和第28天达到最高值471.1mg/gFW左右。Pearson相关矩阵分析表明,在p<0.05时,SOD活性与总蛋白含量呈线性正相关关系,相关性较显著,Pearson相关系数达到0.818。

Abstract:In this article,SOD activity and total protein content in the seedlings growing of Greengrocery were studied,and the growing correlation of SOD activity and total protein content was discussed.The results showed that:In the seedlings growing of Greengrocery,comparing the determined results of different cultural condition,SOD activity and total protein content in Greengrocery were the highest,which cultured in sands adding 3 Hoagland's.SOD activity increased at first and decreased later,the highest value was 144.5 U/g FW at the 26th-27th.Total protein content increased at first and decreased later too,the highest value was about 471.1 mg/g FW at 27th-28th.Pearson Correlation matrix analysis showed that,in the course of the seedlings growing,at p<0.05,the linear positive correlation was notable between SOD activity and total protein content,and the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.818.
