青菜SOD活性与总蛋白的发育相关分析

研究了青菜生长过程中,体内SOD活性和总蛋白含量的动态变化,探讨了SOD活性与总蛋白含量的发育相关性。实验结果表明,青菜苗生长过程中,比较不同培养条件的测定结果,3倍Hoagland's(霍格兰氏)营养液沙培养的青菜的SOD活性和总蛋白含量最高;SOD活性先上升,之后再下降,在第26天和第27天达到最高值144.5U/gFW;总蛋白含量呈现先上升再下降的趋势,在第27天和第28天达到最高值471.1mg/gFW左右。Pearson相关矩阵分析表明,在p<0.05时,SOD活性与总蛋白含量呈线性正相关关系,相关性较显著,Pearson相关系数达到0.818。

The Growth Correlation of Protein Content and SOD Activity in Greengrocery

In this article,SOD activity and total protein content in the seedlings growing of Greengrocery were studied,and the growing correlation of SOD activity and total protein content was discussed.The results showed that:In the seedlings growing of Greengrocery,comparing the determined results of different cultural condition,SOD activity and total protein content in Greengrocery were the highest,which cultured in sands adding 3 Hoagland's.SOD activity increased at first and decreased later,the highest value was 144.5 U/g FW at the 26th-27th.Total protein content increased at first and decreased later too,the highest value was about 471.1 mg/g FW at 27th-28th.Pearson Correlation matrix analysis showed that,in the course of the seedlings growing,at p<0.05,the linear positive correlation was notable between SOD activity and total protein content,and the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.818.
