桂宝802无籽西瓜的选育及其抗逆特性分析

桂宝802无籽西瓜在广西南宁春植100～105d，单瓜质量6～8k，果实中可溶性固形物的质量分数为11．0％～12．8％，单产37．5～45．0t/hm^2．植株生长旺盛，抗病、耐湿能力较强．田间烂果、烂叶、病叶少，果柄干枯率低，枯萎病等病害少．在生长中后期叶片中可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)含量较高，细胞膜相对透性较低，具有高产抗逆的生理学基础．

Breeding of Guibao802 and Its Physiological Research for High Stress-Resistance Characteristics

Guibao802 is a new combination of triploid seedless watermelon.Its growth period was 100~105 d in Nanning,capital of Guangxi province.Its yield could reach 37.5~45.0 t/hm2,while the average weight of a single melon was 6~8 kg.The soluble content of sugar reached 11%~12.8% in the center of its fruit.It grew vigorously and had a higher disease resistance as well as an ability to adapt to the circumstance of high humidity in Guangxi of China.It gave fewer rotten leaves or fruits,and lower percentage of wilted fruit stalk compared to other varieties in the field,furthermore, Fusarium wilt or other diseases were slight too.Several physiological indexes related to the stress resistance were also determined.The content of soluble carbohydrates and MDA in the leaves were higher than Guangxi 5 in its fruit maturation period,while the relative membrane penetration(RMP)was lower.The results showed that Guibao802 had the physiological basis of high yield and high stress-resistance.
