植物多糖的提取及功能研究进展

摘    要:介绍了植物多糖的基本信息,总结了植物多糖的提取工艺,包括溶剂提取法、酶提取法、超声提取法和微波提取法。介绍了植物多糖的抗炎、抑肿瘤、免疫调节、降血脂和抗病毒等功能方面的研究进展。

Abstract:This paper introduced the basic information of plant polysaccharide, and summarized the extraction methods of plant polysaccharide including method as solvent extraction, enzyme extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction. This paper also introduced the research progress on multiple functions of plant polysaccharide including anti-inflammatory, tumor suppression, immune regulation, reducing blood lipid and antiviral, etc.
