6个迷你黄瓜自交系杂种优势及配合力分析

摘    要:以6个高代迷你黄瓜自交系为试材,按Griffing完全双列杂交的第2套方案配置15个杂交组合,对其2个品质性状和10个农艺性状的平均杂种优势、一般配合力、特殊配合力、遗传参数进行初步研究。试验结果表明,株高、茎粗、第15节位叶面积、单株雌花数、瓜长、瓜形指数、单株瓜数、单株产量、VC含量、可溶性蛋白含量表现正向杂种优势,第1雌花节位、瓜把长表现负向杂种优势;亲本0811、0815是较理想的父本,亲本0801是较好的母本,0801×0811、0801×0815组合综合表现优良。

Abstract:According to the second solution configuration of Griffing total diallel crossing, research on average heterosis, general combining ability, special combining ability, genetic parameter of two quality characters and ten agronomic characters was carried out using six mini-cucumber inbred lines as materials. The results showed that plant height, stem diameter, leaf area of the 15th node, number of female flowers per plant, fruit length, fruit shape index, fruit number per plant, total yield per plant, vitamin c, soluble protein showed positive heterosis, and node of the first female flower, carpopodium length showed negative heterosis. The inbred 0811, 0815 were the ideal male materials and the inbred 0801 was a good female material. The combination of 0801×0811 or 0801×0815 had excellent comprehensive performance.
