果树自交不亲和性基因型及其鉴定方法

摘    要:系统介绍了应用田间授粉试验、花柱离体培养、花柱S糖蛋白电泳及自交不亲和(S)基因特异性PCR分析等来鉴定果树品种S基因型的方法及其特点与应用前景;全面地列出了迄今国际上应用这些方法鉴定出的苹果、梨、甜樱桃、杏4个树种近300个品种的S基因型,探讨了品种来源与S基因型的联系,为果树合理配置授粉品种及在自交不亲和性机理研究中合理选择试材等提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Identification methods of self-incompatibility ge no type of fruit tree cultivars,including field pollination test,style semi in vi tro assay,analysis of S-glycoprotein electrophoresis,self-incompatibility ge ne PCR analysis and their application prospect are summarized.In order to provi de scientific basis for the appropriate disposal of pollination cultivars and th e se-lection of material in the study of self-incompatibility mechanism,the r elationships of different cultivar source and their S-genotypes are discussed briefly and approximately300self-incompatibility genotypes of apple,pear,s weet cherry and apri-cot,which were identified with the above methods are also listed.
