振兴吉林人参产业的若干思考

人参产业是中药经济的重要组成部分，也是吉林省的特色产业。近年来，由于宏观管理不到位，栽培方式落后。深加工产品单一，缺少龙头企业带动等原因，导致人参产业综合竞争力正在逐渐减弱。文中阐述了吉林人参产业的现状和存在的问题，提出了吉林人参产业发展的新思路，即“由政府引导推动体制创新，以科研为先导促进技术创新，以市场运作带动机制创新，以资本运营打造参业航空母舰。”

Reflections on Vitalizing Ginseng Industry of Jilin Province

Ginseng industry is an important part of Chinese traditional medicinal economy. And it is also a characteristic economy of Jilin province. In recent years, inadequate management, backward cultivated pattern, single deeply-processed products of ginseng, and lack of head enterprises have resulted in the fact that the quality of the raw materials of ginseng is below the standard. The competitive power of ginseng industry is becoming weaker and weaker. In this paper, the author clarified the present status and problems present in ginseng industry of Jilin province and put forward his new opinions on the future developing directions of Jilin ginseng industry, that is, propelling system revolution as guided by government, promoting technology revolution as led by scientific research, driving mechanism revolution by market movement and building foundation of ginseng industry by capital movement.
