| 摘 要： | 冰川棘豆中 13种游离氨基酸的总含量为 6 763mg/ g ,其中天冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸的含量分别为 0 80 7、0 117、1 15 3、0 15 3、2 93 2、0 0 43、0 2 93、0 0 61、0 5 5 5、0 177、0 114、0 10 5和 0 2 5 3mg/ g。

| Abstract: | In dried glacial crazyweed (Oxytropis glacialis) the content of total free amino acids were 6.763mg/g.i.e:asparitate,threonine,serine,glutamate,proline,glycine,alanine,cysteine,valine,isoleucine,leucine,tyrosine and phenylalanine were 0.807,0.117,1.153,0.153,2.932,0.043,0.293,0.061,0.555,0.177,0.114,0.105,0.253mg/kg respectively. |
