| Abstract: | The paper discusses the librarians'tacit knowledge and knowledge management.It also puts forward some strategies such as Leading the people-oriented management principle shaping a study stype library,establishing the library culture,building up encouraging mechanism,providing the unimpeded communication channeletc.to carry on the management of the library tacit knowledge. |
