基于模糊综合评价模型的城市水资源承载力评价研究

摘    要:本文以辽宁省大连、沈阳、鞍山三个代表城市为例,构建了涉及水资源、社会经济以及生态环境等多方面的城市水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价模型对选取的各代表城市进行水资源承载力评价.结果表明:辽宁省的水资源开发利用已具有一定规模,但其中沈阳市的城市水资源承载力形势不容乐观,水资源状况比较紧张.本研究结果可为辽宁省城市水资源管理工作提供参考.

Research on urban water resources carrying capacity evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model
Abstract:In the paper, Dalian, Shenyang and Anshan-three representative cities in Liaoning Province are adopted as examples for constructing urban water resources carrying capacity evaluation index system from many aspects of water resources, social economy, ecological environment and other aspects.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is adopted for evaluating water resources carrying capacity in all selected representative cities.The results show that water resources development and utilization in Liaoning Province have certain scale.However, urban water resources carrying capacity trend in Shenyang is not optimistic, and water resources situation is tight.The research results can provide reference for urban water resources management in Liaoning Province.
