汤河水库水源地安全保障达标存在的问题及保护对策研究

目前汤河水库饮用水水源地在水量方面存在备用水源不完备等问题;在水质方面存在水源地基础设施不健全、存在安全隐患等问题;安全监控体系也不完善;水源地管理存在不明确、不系统的问题.为此,本文提出了水库饮用水水源地安全达标的保护性对策,旨在为辽阳市和鞍山市人民群众身心健康提供基础保障.

Research on problems and protection countermeasures in Tanghe Reservoir water source safety guarantee standard

At present, Tanghe Reservoir drinking water source has problems of incomplete spare water source, etc.in the aspect of water quantity.It has problems of imperfect infrastructure in water source and safety hidden danger, etc.in the aspect of water quality.The safety monitoring non-system is also imperfect.Water source management has unclear and systematical problems.Therefore, protective countermeasures that water reservoir drinking water source safety meets standard completely are proposed in the paper aiming at providing foundation guarantee for physical and psychological health of people in Liaoyang and Anshan.
