摘    要:对玉米的亚洲玉米螟抗性进行遗传剖析对抗虫育种有重要意义。本研究以自330×K36的F2:3群体(114个家系)为材料,利用SSR标记对玉米的亚洲玉米螟抗性进行了数量性状位点(QTL)分析。结果表明,基于叶片侵害度性状检测到6个QTL,分别位于染色体4、6、7和10上;基于茎秆虫孔数性状检测到4个QTL,分别位于染色体1、5、8(2个)上;基于茎秆隧道长度性状检测到2个QTL,位于染色体1和8上;以隧道长度/虫孔数为鉴定性状检测到2个QTL,位于染色体7和10上。这些QTL所能解释的表型变异在10.3%~21.5%之间。大部分QTL的作用方式为部分显性。

Abstract:Genetic dissection of resistance to Asian corn borer(Ostrinia. furnacalis, ACB) is of great importance to maize breeding for insect resistance. In the present study quantitative trait loci(QTL) analysis on the resistance to Asian corn borer was carried out, using SSR markers and a population including 114 F2:3 families derived from the cross of Zi330×K36. Six QTL were identified for leaf feeding damage on chromosome 4, 6, 7 and 10. Four QTL were identified for number of holes per stalk on chromosome 1, 5 and 8(two). Two QTL were identified for stalk tunneling length on chromosome 1 and 8. Two QTL were identified for tunneling length per hole on chromosome 7 and 10. These QTL explained 10.3% - 21.5% of the phenotypic variance. Partial dominance was the major mode of gene action in resistance to Asian corn borer in maize.
