玉米矮花叶病抗性材料创新研究初报

摘    要:采用种质扩增、组配群体、回交改良、物理诱变等育种手段,选育出了太育一号、太育三号等玉米自交系30份,通过人工接种,对矮花叶病的抗性进行了鉴定,得出高抗玉米自交系10份,抗病自交系4份,中抗自交系4份。结合血缘追踪发现,唐四平头系统的衍生系和P群种质中蕴含着抗矮花叶病基因,同时优质和感病基因存在连锁。这批材料的成功选育,为今后的玉米抗病育种打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:Thirty self-lines were bred through application of propagating germplasm,combination population,backcross improvement,physical treating variation.Of which,there are ten self-lines highly resistant to maize dwarf mosaic virus(MDMV),four self-lines resistant and four middle resistant.Investigating from their pedigree,the resistant gene to MDMV exists in P germplasm population and self-lines derived from Tangsipingtou system.And good quality gene and susceptible gene to MDNV are linked genes.These new lines will gave a contribution to rise resistance to MDMV in maize.
