不同光强对油菜叶片生理活性的影响

摘    要:本研究以油菜叶片为材料,对其含水量、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、过氧化氢酶活性等生理指标进行测试分析,试验结果表明:相对于全光照的油菜而言,遮荫处理后叶片的含水量显著上升;不同光强处理对叶绿素含量也存在影响:遮荫处理后叶绿素总量、chla、chlb的含量均上升,但chla/chlb下降;遮荫后叶片的丙二醛含量有所上升,但过氧化氢酶活性稍微下降.

Abstract:Leave physiological activity were studied with Brassica campestris L.planted in pot.The result showed: Compared to those under 100% sunlight,the plants which were treated by shading showed that water content of leaves were increased remarkably.The effect of treatments with different light-intensity significant with the performance of the increase of contents of total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b,meanwhile the chlorophyll a/b decreased.And with the decreased of light-intensity,the content of malonyldialdehyde(MDA)increased,but the activities of catalase(CAT)decreased.
