步进电机启动控制算法设计

摘    要:通过建立步进电机数学模型和传递函数的基础上,分别采用简单加速算法和指数加速算法对步进电机启动进行控制,解决了步进电机在启动时,出现的启动时间慢、启动失步等问题。仿真实验结果和试验数据表明,指数加速算法能够更好地控制步进电机启动运行。

Abstract:According to establishing the stepping motor of mathematical model and transfer function, it introduced the exponent accelerating-algorithm and the simple accelerating-algorithm which carry on controlling the stepping motor respectively. And it resolved problems which the stepping moter startuped slowly and out of step when the stepping moter startuped. The exponent accelerating-algorithm has gone through simulation and experiment.It proves that exponent accelerating-algorithm can control the stepping motor to startup running better than the simple accelerating-algorithm.
