葡萄叶片中POX及其同工酶与抗黑痘病的关系

摘    要:选用对葡萄黑痘病抗性不同的3种类型(高抗、中抗、感病)葡萄,研究其正常功能叶、幼叶(感病前期、初期、后期)POX活性及其同工酶谱变化情况。结果表明,叶片POX活性与葡萄抗黑痘病呈正相关。高抗类型POX活性明显高于中抗和感病类型,正常功能叶POX活性高于幼叶;高抗类型与中抗类型POX活性在幼叶感病前后呈上升趋势,而感病类型则呈先升后降趋势。抗性强弱不同嵉睦嘈停校希赝っ赣邢灾钜臁1硐治呖估嘈兔复氖俊⒖矶燃把丈疃染哂诟胁±嘈停徊宦鄹胁±嘈汀⒖共±嘈停溆滓陡胁『竺复俊⑶慷染哂诟胁∏啊

Abstract:Studies on varience of peroxidase activity and its isozymogram of grown and young leaves of defferent anthracnose-resis.t..t varieti.. of g.apevine at d.fferent .tage. .ho.ed th.t the peroxidase activity in leaves was positively correlated to anthracnose resistance , with peroxidase activity in leaves of higher-resistant varieties being significantly higher than that of the mediate- and lower-rosistant varielies,withtheperoxidase with the peroxidase activity of grown leaves being higher than that of young leaves The resulis also revealed that the peroxidase that the peroxidase activity in leaves of bigher-and me- diate-resistant varieties trend to rise before disease infection of young leaves , and that of suscep- tivc varieties end to rise at the beginning and then to be dropped. There were also significant dif-- ferences of peroxidase isozymogram bands among different resistant varicties: the number . width and colour degree ofisozymogram bands in higher resistant varieties were higher than that of sus-. ceptible ones, the number and intensity of isozymogram bands bands after the young leaves being infect-. ed were higher than that before infection in all of the varicties.
