番茄抗青枯病筛选方法及其在抗青枯病育种中的应用

摘    要:通过苗期接种鉴定、田间抗性鉴定和植株内假单孢杆菌群体数量及其分布的检测等方法对9个番茄品系进行抗性鉴定。结果表明:这9个品系的抗性水平存在显著差异,85198和203为感病品系,47254,51255,7585和85254为抗病品系。并针对3种筛选方法的特性,提出番茄抗青枯病育种的抗病鉴定筛选体系。

Abstract:Three screening methods were used to identify the resistances of 9 tomato lines to bacterial wilt(Pseudomonas solanacearum E.F.Smith).The results of this study showed that there were significant differences among the 9 lines,in which lines of 85198 and 203 were susceptible to bacterial wilt,whereas lines of 47254,51255,7585,and 85254 showed resistance to bacterial wilt.According to the characters of the three methods,proposed resistant evaluation system was used to develop the resistant varieties of tomato.
