电磁振动式水稻穴盘精量播种机的设计与试验

摘    要:针对水稻育秧穴盘播种过程中精确调整水稻种子播种量的需求,设计了由调整电动机控制的外槽轮定量供种装置及电磁振动排种装置来控制播种量及播种精度。试验结果表明,该播种机达到了水稻穴盘量播种的农艺要求。

Abstract:A prototype of rice seeder for hill seedling nursery box is designed according to the rice seed properties and the variety requirement of seeds per hill. The seeder consists of a speed adjustable feed roller and an electromagnetic vibrating metering device, which has an upward slope flat plate, combined with a downward multi channel plate (16 to 19 channels). The speed adjustable feed roller is to control the seeds per hill. The vibrating device is for seed precision metering. The requirement of rice seed motion on the designed vibrating seed metering device is analyzed. The productivity is more than 550 boxes per hour. When the seeds per hill is adjusted into the range from 1 to 3, the rate of qualified hills is more than 90%, the rate of seed empty hills is less than 1%; when the range is from 3 to 5, the rates are more than 85% and 0 respectively.
