生物菌肥在花生上施用效果的研究

摘    要:为探究不同类型肥料对花生栽培的影响,采用小区试验,研究了不同肥料对花生田间性状、产量性状、品质及根系生长的影响,筛选出适合四川地区花生生长的肥料,促进四川花生产业发展。2014—2015年,在成都平原地区,以四川省农科院经作所培育的花生高产新品系‘1503’为材料,利用生物菌肥、农家肥与普通化肥3种肥料设置8个处理,采用不同梯度、不同肥料混合,考察不同成分的肥料对花生田间性状、产量、营养成分、根系干物质、土壤养分变化等指标的影响。结果表明:生物菌肥与普通化肥配合施用效果最好,单独施用或与农家肥配合施用效果相对较差。生物菌肥配合常规化肥,花生产量最高可增加28.2%,花生含糖量最大可提高18.9%,根系干物质最高增加25.8%,土壤氮、磷、钾及有机物含量较对照提高45.7%、58.2%、38.8%、67.2%。生物菌肥拥有改良土壤,提高产量,增强抗性,提升品质等多种作用,在花生种植业有较好的应用前景。

The Application Effect of Biological Bacterial Fertilizer on Peanut
Abstract:Peanut is one of the four major oil crops, the main foreign exchange earning agricultural products of China, and it is also one of the agricultural commodities with strong international competitiveness. This study was carried out during 2014-2015 in the Chengdu plain area by using the high-yield new strains cultivate by Economic Crops Research Institute, Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The field properties, yield, nutritional ingredient elements, dry matter of root and variation of soil of peanut were comparatively studied by setting 8 experiments using different gradient and mixed fertilizer, different components of fertilizer with biological manure fertilizer, farmyard manure and fertilizers. The result showed that the effect by using biological manure fertilizer with ordinary fertilizer is the best, but the application effect of using biological manure fertilizer alone or in combination with farmyard manure is relatively poor. The highest yield of peanut can be increased by 28.2%, sugar content of peanut increased by 18.9% by using biological manure fertilizer with ordinary fertilizer. The dry matter of root of peanut increased by 25.8%. The contents of N, P, K and organic matter in soil can be increased by 45.7%, 58.2%, 38.8% and 67.2% compared with the control. Biological fertilizer can improve soil, increase crop yield, enhance crop resistance, improve quality and so on. So, it has good prospects of application in peanut planting industry.
