| 摘 要： | 农村林权在履行过程中发生纠纷,虽然数量较少,但涉及村民众多,矛盾复杂尖锐,处理难度大。如处理稍有不慎,必将影响农村的稳定和发展。针对林权纠纷产生的原因介绍了对林权纠纷处理的对策。

| Abstract: | Rural forest right in the course of implementation could bring dissension,although a relatively small number,but involved many villagers.And the contradictions are too sharp and complex to handle,which will certainly affect the stability and development of rural areas.Aiming at the causes of forest right dissension,the countermeasures were introduced in the paper. |
