植物生长调节剂对银杏悬浮细胞生长和黄酮糖苷含量的影响

摘    要:试验表明:N_2(MS+1mg .1~(-1)NAA+2 mg·1~(-1)KT)和B3(MS+1mg .1~(-1)NAA+2 mg .1~(-1)6-BA)培养基最有利于银杏悬浮细胞干重的积累。 N_2和 B_2(MS+ 1mg.1~(-1)NAA+ 1mg·1~(-1)6-BA)培养基有利于黄酮糖苷积累,而GA_3、2,4-D、ZT处理均不利于黄酮糖苷积累。

Abstract:Experiment proved that N_2 media(MS supplemented with 1 mg' l~(-1) INAA and 2 mg. l~(-1) 'KT)and B_3 media (MS supplemented with 1 mg.l(-1) NAA and 2 mg.l~(-1) 6 - BA) could promote the accumulation of suspension cell he weight. N_2 media and B_2(MS supplemented with 1 mg.l~(-1) NAA and 1 mg.l~(-1) 6 - BA) were bene ficial to the formation of the flavonol glycosides. GA_3,2,4-D and ZT beatments didn' t promote the formation of flavonol glycosides.
