摘    要:本试验利用孤雌生殖诱导系所创造的单倍体为材料, 对单倍体雌雄育性的自动恢复 现 象以及染色体的化学加倍方法进行了初步研究。 结果表明, 平均有93.2%的单倍体雌穗 是自 然可育的, 每穗结实粒数平均为25粒。 相比之下, 雄穗的自然育性大大偏低, 但从不同 基因 型中诱导出来的单倍体的雄穗自然育性存在巨大差异, 其中

Abstract:The fertility spontaneously restoring (FSR) of inflorescence and chromosome doub ling methods of chemical treatment were studied preliminarily with the haploid m aterials ind uced by parthenogenesis haploid inducer. The results indicated that 93.2% of hap l oid ears were naturally fertile and there were 25 seeds setting per ear in avera ge. On the contrary, the FSR of haploid tassel was greatly reduced, but there we re tremendous differences among tassel FSR of haploid induced from different sourc e materials. The lowest percentage of haploid plant that shed pollens was 5%, wh i le the highest was 40%. A negative (or positive) correlation tendency was shown b etween FSR of haploid tassel and temperature (or temperature difference between day and night) change during early growth period of haploid plant. In chromosome doubling treatment of haploid, the best effect was achieved by injecting seedlin gs with colchicine. Using this method to treat haploids,the percentage of pollen shedding plants could reach 23%, 3.6 times higher than that of untreated CK.
