链霉菌原生质体融合技术研究进展

摘    要:现在人们已广泛应用链霉菌原生质体融合技术选育改良链霉菌菌株,筛选新农用抗生素品种,提高农用抗生素的效价。对当前原生质体融合的主要方法。助溶剂的种类及助溶机理,重组菌株的主要筛选方法及利用生理生化特点标记菌株等进行了详尽的综述,同时例举了原生质体融合技术在农用抗生素筛选中的具体应用实例。

Abstract:Genetic recombination of protoplast fusion in streptomyces were widely applied in the improvement of streptomyces strains,selection of new agricultural antibiotics and enhancement of effectiveness of the agricultural antifiotics. Methods of Protoplast fusion in streptomyces,fusion,varieties of fusion promoter and mechanism of fusion were reviewed.Selection methods of recombinant included nutrition lacunar markered,antibiotic markered,fluorescence markered,protoplast offer,physiological and biochemical propertyes and so on.Application in agricultural antibiotics were exemplified in this article.
