摘    要:利用电解质梯度变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳系统对稻纵卷叶螟取食的水稻叶片进行cDNA-AFLP分析,结果表明产生的cDNA条带比普通变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳系统大约增加30%,解决了传统的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳在同一块胶板中大片段DNA条带堆积而小片段DNA条带间距过大,且读带数量有限的问题..

Abstract:The improved system of polyacrylamide gel clectrophoresis was used in the cDNA-AFLP analysis of rice leaf, and the result showed that the number of distinguishable bands in the polyacrylamidc gel increased by 30%. It resolved the problem of big DNA fragrncnt stacking, big space between small fragments, and few band number in a gel in cDNA-AFLP analysis.
