| 摘 要： | 本通过对我国农业人口现状及与发达国家之间的比较分析，探讨教人口、社会经济发展之间的内在关系，从教育的角度全面探索解决农业人口总量过大、素质偏低的方法和途径，提出了发展农村教育、提高农业人口化素质，全面推进我国农业现代化进程的若干建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the existing situation of agricultural population in our country and that of developed country,the interior relationship among education,population and development of social ecnomy was studied.In view of education,based on searching the method to solve the problem about the big quantity and low quality of agricultural population in our country,some suggestions to actively develop rural education,greatlty improve cultural quality of agricultural population and propel the proceeding of our country agriculture modernization were put forward. |
