排湿设施对白肋烟晾制质量的影响

摘    要:为解决中高海拔烟区白肋烟在晾制环节存在的烂烟等突出问题,通过在白肋烟晾房内安装排风扇进行排湿,研究其对晾房内温湿度和白肋烟晾制质量的影响,结果表明:通过晾制过程中设施调控使烟叶晾制时间缩短4~6 d,晾房内温湿度处于较适宜的范围,烂烟率分别比CK降低了7.25和11.36个百分点,烟叶上中等烟比例提高了10.44个百分点,产值增加了5888.39元/hm2。

Abstract:In order to solve the outstanding rotten tobacco problems during the air-curing tache of burley tobacco in middle and high altitude area,the author studied the effects of installing exhaust fan to dehumidify in burley tobacco air-curing room on the temperature and humidity of air-curing room,and the air-curing quality of barley tobacco.The results indicated that: in comparison with the control,installing exhaust fan in air-curing room could shorten the air-curing duration of burley tobacco leaves by 4 ~ 6 days,make the temperature and humidity of the air-curing room keep in the proper range,decrease the rotten rate of tobacco leaves by 7.25 ~ 11.36 percent,enhance the proportion of high-middle-class tobacco leaves by 10.44 percent,and increase the output value by 5888.39 yuan/hm2.
