摘    要:为了分析清污机桥墩位置对侧向进水泵站水力性能的影响,在参照南水北调东线工程泵站清污机桥相关设计,确定清污机桥墩数目和设计参数后,开展了清污机桥墩距前池翼墙进口分别为55、90、130和160 m等不同距离下的数值模拟。得到如下结论:随着清污机桥向弯段方向移动,离前池翼墙的距离越来越远,清污机桥墩对泵站进水条件的影响越来越弱。当清污机桥距前池翼墙的距离达到160 m时,4台水泵机组簸箕形进水流道的平均水力损失已降低到0.171 m,此时流道的平均水力损失与未设清污机桥时基本没有差别,表明清污机桥的增加对泵站进水条件的影响已基本消失。该研究可为刘老涧抽水站及相关泵站的清污机桥墩布置提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of the bridge pier position on the hydraulic performance of the side-intake pumping station,numerical simulations are carried out at different distances of 55,90,130 and 160 m from the front wing wall of the trash rack bridge,and the number and design parameters of the bridge are determined by referring to the design of the trash rack bridge in the East Route of South to North Water Diversion Project.The conclusions are as follows:with the bridge moving towards the bend,the distance from the wing wall of the forebay becomes farther and farther,and the influence of the trash rack bridge on the intake condition of the pumping station becomes weaker and weaker.When the distance between the bridge and the wing wall reaches 160 m,the average hydraulic loss of the suction box has been reduced to 0.171 m.At this time,the average hydraulic loss of the passage is almost the same as that without the bridge,indicating that the influence of the increase in the bridge on the intake condition of the pumping station has basically disappeared.This study can provide some reference for the layout of Liulaojian Pumping Station and the relevant trash rack bridge.
