摘    要:【目的】紫椴为难生根树种,探讨紫椴嫩枝扦插快速繁育技术,对保护和利用这一珍贵树种具有重要意义。【方法】以2~3年生紫椴实生苗基部萌蘖枝条为扦插材料,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,研究了3种生长调节剂、处理浓度、处理时间和扦插基质对紫椴嫩枝扦插生根率、不定根数量、最长不定根长和根幅的影响。【结果】扦插基质是影响紫椴嫩枝扦插的关键因素,其对紫椴嫩枝扦插的生根率及不定根数量、最长不定根长及根幅均有极显著或显著影响;生长调节剂的种类和处理时间仅对不定根数量的影响达到了显著水平,对生根率、最长不定根长及根幅的影响均不显著;生长调节剂的质量浓度对不定根数量及根幅的影响显著,对生根率及最长不定根长影响不大。【结论】采用隶属函数法对各指标进行综合分析,5号处理(200 mg·L-1的NAA溶液处理时间0.5 h,扦插基质为基质3)的隶属函数值最大,生根率最高(90.33%),且根系数量、最大根长及根幅适当,是紫椴嫩枝扦插的最佳处理。

Abstract:【Objective】Tilia amurensis is a kind of difficult rooting tree.It is of great significance for protecting and utilizing this precious tree species to discuss the rapid propagation technology of Tilia amurensis softwood cuttings.【Method】The effects of three growth regulators,treatment concentration,treatment time and cutting medium on the rooting rate,number of adventitious roots,longest adventitious root length and root width of Tilia Amurensis were studied by L9(34)orthogonal design.and the root sprouting branches of 2-3 year old Tilia amurensis seedlings were used as cutting materials.【Result】The results showed that the cuttage medium was the key factor affecting the cuttage of Tilia amurensis.It had extremely significant or significant effects on the rooting rate,adventitious root number,longest adventitious root length and root width of Tilia amurensis.The types and treatment time of growth regulators only had significant effects on the number of adventitious roots,but had no significant effects on the rooting rate,longest adventitious root length and root width.The concentration of growth regulator had significant effect on the number and width of adventitious roots,but had little effect on rooting rate and longest adventitious root length.【Conclusion】The membership function method was used to comprehensively analyze all indexes and the result showed that treatment No.5(200 mg·L-1 NAA solution,treatment time 0.5 h,cutting substrate No.3)had the largest membership function value and the highest rooting rate,it was the best treatment for Tilia amurensis softwood cutting.
