摘    要:目的:对含有Hsp基因的代谢工程运动发酵单胞菌进行热适应处理,用于提高其乙醇产量和对高糖的耐受性。方法:用含有Hsp基因的多顺反子质粒转化运动发酵单胞菌,经过多天37℃热适应后,在玉米水解液中测定该多顺反子对运动发酵单胞菌发酵产生的影响。结果:在37℃发酵条件下,在糖浓度为28%的玉米水解液中,与对照组相比,经过热适应的含Hsp基因的代谢工程菌的乙醇产量显著提高。结论:Hsp基因能够显著提高运动发酵单胞菌的乙醇产量。

Adaptation Mediated by Hsp can Improve the Resistance to Adversity and Ethanol Production of Zymomonas mobilis

Abstract:Objective: Hsp was used to mediated the adversity adaptation of Zymomonas mobilis to increase it's resistance to the adversity and ethanol production. Method: Zymomonas mobilis was transformed by plasmid containing Hsp gene, then incubated at 37℃ for adversity adaptation. After days of treatment, the performance of ethanol production of the adapted strain was analyzed in corn hydrolysis media. Result: After adaptation, the production of ethanol by the Zymomonas mobilis with Hsp was 1.55 times more than it's wild type counterpart in corn hydrolysis with sugar concentration as 28% at 37℃.Conclusion: Hsp gene can significantly increase ethanol production of Zymomonas mobilis at high temperature and high sugar concentration.
