白蛾黑基啮小蜂的人工繁殖及其对杨小舟蛾的防治效果

摘    要:调查了白蛾黑基啮小蜂(Tetrastichus nigricoxae Yang)的生活史,并利用杨小舟蛾(Micromelalopha troglodyta Grae-ser)和柞蚕(Antheraea pernyi Guerin-Meneville)蛹进行了室内人工繁殖与林间释放试验。结果表明:白蛾黑基啮小蜂在江苏徐州1a可完成6代,以老熟幼虫在寄主蛹壳内越冬。第1~5代小蜂羽化期均与各代杨小舟蛾蛹期相吻合,可逐代追踪寄生杨小舟蛾蛹。以杨小舟蛾和柞蚕蛹为寄主进行人工繁殖,获得最佳蛹蜂比分别为1∶3(或1∶4)和1∶100。释放30枚·hm-2柞蚕蛹所繁出的小蜂,对越冬蛹的平均寄生率高达(36.21±5.26)%,与对照和15枚·hm-2放蜂量处理相比存在极显著和显著差异,与60枚·hm-2的差异不显著。上述结果表明:利用该寄生蜂防治杨小舟蛾越冬蛹的最佳释放量为30枚·hm-2。

Abstract:Tetrastichus nigricoxae Yang is a gregarious pupal endoparasite of Micromelalopha troglodyta Graeser. Experiments and field investigations were made to observe its life cycle,artificial production with pupae of M. troglodyta and Antheraea pernyi as hosts,and control effects on M. troglodyta.
