摘    要:为评价多菌灵在小麦上的残留动态和安全性,采用高效液相色谱法对多菌灵50%WP在小麦及土壤中的残留动态进行试验。测定结果表明,多菌灵50%WP在小麦植株中半衰期为9.5~11.3 d,在土壤中半衰期为26.6~34.5 d;小麦中最终残留量为0~0.176 mg/kg。以此结果制定合理使用准则:推荐剂量为1 500 g/hm2喷雾使用1次,安全间隔期28 d;最高残留限量推荐值为0.5 mg/kg。

Abstract:A field experiment was conducted to analyze the residual dynamics of carbendazim 40% WP in wheat and soil by HPLC. The results showed that the half-lives of degradation for carbendazim was 9.5-11.3 d in wheat, 26.6-34.5 d in soil. The final residues of wheat were 0-0.176 mg/kg. The reasonable application method of carbendazim 50% WP in wheat field was recommended. The commendatory dose was 1 500g/hm2 by spray 1 times, and the safety interval period was 28 days; the maximum residue limit was0.5 mg/kg.
