摘    要:本试验以这3种食用菌为材料,测定其菌丝对Pb、Cd、As和Hg等重金属富集能力,以期探讨利用食用菌菌丝去除环境中重金属污染物的可行性。结果表明,3种供试的食用菌的菌丝能有效富集Pb、Cd、As和Hg等有毒重金属,随着培养基添加重金属的浓度的增加,菌丝富集倍数也相应增加。其中,姬松茸菌丝对Pb的富集能力在3种食用菌、4种重金属中是最强的,其富集倍数达到481.52。本研究可为土壤、废水中有毒重金属的治理提供一个新途径。

Abstract:The enrichment ability forheavy metals(Pb,Cd,As and Hg) of their mycelium in Ganoderma Lucidum,Agaricu blazei and Tricho Loma Lobynsis were tested,andwhether they could be used to treat and decontaminate heavy metals insoil and waterwas discussed.The result showed that these edible fungi could efficiently accumulate the heavy metals,but the accumulation rate varied with the concentration of heavy metals.The multiple of enrichment and the concentration of heavy metal in myceliaincreased withthe concentration of heavy metalsin the medium.Agaricus blazei had the highest accumulation ability for heavy metals amongthe three edible fungi,especially enrichment of Pb,with theaccumulation multiple being481.52.These results might open a new way to the treatment of heavy metals in soil and water.
