| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是一项繁杂的系统工程,离不开强有力的乡村组织来担当重任.有的学者主张依靠乡镇政府组织,也有的主张依靠农民合作组织.本文认为具体依靠什么组织是由村庄性质决定的;广大中部地区,随着农民的原子化,需要改善的乡镇政府组织来担当新农村建设的重任.
