摘    要:用 39株链霉菌株对玉米弯孢霉菌进行了拮抗作用的研究。结果表明 ,有 7株对玉米弯孢霉菌表现一级拮抗作用 ,15株表现二级拮抗作用 ,17株没有表现拮抗作用。其中E17-P、B17-G菌株的抑菌效果达到福美双5 μL·L-1稀释液作用的 6 0 %以上 ,并且超过了退菌特 5 μL·L-1稀释液的作用 ,是较好的具有潜力的生防菌。同时 ,所有一级拮抗菌的抑菌稳定性都好于杀菌剂对照

Abstract:A new leaf spot disease of maize, mainly caused by Curvularia lunata , is becoming an important leaf disease of corn in China. Thirty nine strains of Streptomyces , antagonistic to Verticillum dahliae , were studied for their antagonistic activity against Curvularia lunata. The results indicated that 7 strains of Streptomyces showed strong inhibition against the pathogen, 15 strains Streptomyces spp. had moderate inhibition, 17 strains Streptomyces spp. provided no visible inhibition. The antagonism of strains E17-P and B17-G against the pathogen was equal to or greater than 60% of that of the fungicide controls at 10 -5 concentration . It was also observed that inhibition of strains E17-P ,B17-G, B16-P, B18-P, S3-P, B2-P and B1-GW against Curvularia lunata were more stable than fungicide controls.
