农业科技期刊复合型青年编辑人才培养刍议

摘    要:文章分析了复合型青年编辑人才是农业科技期刊竞争制胜的重要保证,论述了加强农业科技期刊复合型青年编辑人才培养的必要性,认为当前农业科技期刊发展现状不容乐观,在战略发展和青年编辑培养方面尚存在一些迫切需要解决的问题,分析表明:加强农业科技期刊复合型青年编辑人才的培养是解决农业科技期刊发展瓶颈的有效途径,并提出可通过专业培训、自我学习、横向交流和机制完善4个方面加强对农业科技期刊复合型青年编辑人才的培养。

Abstract:

It was analyzed that young compound editors are the important guarantee of agricultural sci-tech periodicals to win, and the necessity of cultivation of young compound editors for the agricultural sci-tech periodicals was discussed in this paper. The author didn’t believe it was optimistic for the current situation of agricultural sci-tech periodicals development, and there were still some problems on the strategic development and cultivation of young compound editors. All of analysis demonstrated that it was an effective approach to solve the bottle-neck of agricultural sci-tech periodicals development, and the author pointed out that professional training, self-learning, lateral communication and improving mechanism were the ways to strengthen cultivation of young compound editors for the agricultural sci-tech periodicals.
