| 摘 要： | 在室内条件下采用点滴法分别测定了几种杀虫剂对棉蚜和粘虫的毒力，供试杀虫剂对棉蚜的毒性大小依次为：氯戊菊酯＞甲基对硫磷＞丁硫克百威＞灭多威＞硫双灭多威＞辛硫磷＞叶蝉散；对粘虫的毒性大小是：灭多威＞氰戊菊酯＞甲氰菊酯＞辛硫磷＞丁硫克百威＞甲基对硫磷＞叶蝉散，从毒力和价格因素出发，评价了各杀虫剂的应用指数，提出了防治蚜虫和粘虫的最佳农药品种。

| Abstract: | Toxicities of several insectieides for the control of Aphio gossypii(AG)andPseudaletia separata
(PS)were tested in the laboratory using topical application.Resultsshowed toxicity order of
inseticides to AG was
fenvalerate>methylparathion>carbosulfan>methomyl>thiodicarb>phoxim>MIPC,and toxicity
order to PS was methomyl>fenvaler-ate>fenpropathrin>phoxim> carbosulfan >
methylparathion>MIPC.In the meantime ap-plieation index(AI)of inseeticodes to AG and PS was
evaluated based on LC50 and price ofinsecticides.AI order for the control of AG was
methylparathion > fenvalerate> phoxim>methomyl and cerbo sulfan>thiodicarb>MIPC,and AI
order for the control of PS was
phox-im>methomyl>fenvalerate>methylperathion>fenpropathrin>carbosulfan>MIPC.Finnal-ly
role of AI in optimal management of insecticides was discussed. |
