| 摘 要： | 为了提高奶牛的情期受胎率,设计了输精时间一定而输精部位不同的方法,以期筛选出奶牛的最佳输精部位。试验在奶牛发情停止后4小时,卵巢上有葛拉氏卵泡发育时进行。用冷冻精液直肠把握输精,输精部位采用单侧子宫深部法、两侧子宫对分处基部法、单侧子宫对分处基部后拉法和子宫颈部法四种,试验结果:情期受胎率分别为40.0％、62.1％、70.3％和31.3％。本试验表明:单侧子宫对分处基部后拉法输精效果最好。

| Abstract: | Four hours after dairy cattle stopped heat and when Graafian follicles developed in the ovary,frozen sperm was inseminated with a hand holding the uteri by way of the rectum at the following insemination sites 1,inside one side uterus 2,in the division base of two-side uteri 3,in the division base (insemi-nated 1/20f the sperm ) and the cervix(also 1 / 2 ) of the one side uterus 4,in the cervix of the uteri.Their heat pregnanc rates were 40.0%,62.1%,70.3% and 31.3%respec tively . the results showed that the results resulting from the third insemination; site were best |
