| 摘 要： | 通过数学建模,对GB/T20361-2006 HPLC法荧光检测鱼肉中孔雀石绿残留量的不确定度进行分析。结果表明,合成标准不确定度U(X)=0.048,测量鱼肉中孔雀石绿残留量的不确定度为(2.00±0.19)μg/kg。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to analyze the determination uncertainty of the mala- chite green residue in fish which was determined by establishing HPLC with fluorescence detection method, according to GB/T 20361-2006 based on the mean of rmathematical modeling. The result showed that the combined standard uncertainty was 0.048, and the uncertainty of malachite green residues in fish was （2.00±0.19）μg/kg. |
