| 摘 要： | 电子期刊是当今高科技发展的产物,具有发行周期短、内容更新快、检索功能强等特点,先后经历了软盘型、光盘型、联机型、网络型等4个阶段。本文讨论了我国电子期刊的现状及问题,并针对问题提出了几点建设性意见。

| Abstract: | As a product of advanced science and technology,electronic journal is characterized by short publishing cycle,fast content updating and powerful retrieval function.Electronic journals have experienced the following four phases: floppy disk,Compact Disc,Online and Internet electronic journals.This paper has discussed the current situation and existing problems of electronic journals,and put forward constructive suggestions. |
