珍珠菜的生物学特性观察与栽培技术研究

摘    要:本文报道了珍珠菜引入上海驯化栽培后的生物学特性表现、离休快速繁殖和栽培技术。珍珠菜可以采用扦插繁殖或组织培养快速繁殖技术获得种苗,4月和9、10月份是扦插移栽的适宜季节;在土壤疏松、有机质含量丰富的条件下产量高、品质好,生产上主要防治菌核病、蛴螬、蚂蚁等病虫害,年产量可达1.8万kg/hm2。在珍珠菜的组织培养、引种驯化过程中出现了四种变异类型,其中叶片肥大、植株矮生的类型食用品质好,选择育种工作正在进行。

Abstract:The biological characters of Artemisia lactflora Wall.,micropropagation and cultivation techniques had been tested in shanghai for three years. The results showed that A. lactflora of seedlings could be got from grafting or from micropropagation. The optimum planting season was April,September or October each year. High quality and quantities could be resulted from porous soil which was rich in organic matter. The output was up to 180000 kilogram per hectar a year. The main pests which must be controlled was ant,grub and scleritinia rot. There were four new types found in tissue culture and training cultivation,and one of them is being bred as a new varity which has large leaves and good edible qualities.
