摘    要:以2年生甘草盆栽实生苗为材料,研究了水分胁迫对甘草营养器官解剖构造的影响。结果表明:一定时期水分胁迫后的植株成龄叶片变薄,栅栏组织变薄,即栅/海比值变小,叶脉中的导管和根及茎的木质部导管均表现为导管管腔直径变小,管壁增厚。这些器官内部结构的不同变化都是适应逆境、增强抗性所做出的响应。

Abstract:The experiment used the seedling-plants of Glycyrrhica uralensis that grow in the flowerpots for two years to stu dy the effect of water stress on the microstructure of the vegetative organs of G uralensis. The result showed tha t some changes took place after a period of water stress: grown blade become thi nner, the ratio of palisade tissue to blade changed lower in different degree, t he ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue changed lower, the wall of xylem ve ssel in vein of the blades, stems and roots become thicker. These changes of the organs microstructure are the respondence to adapt to the stress. It will reinf orce the resistance.
