| 摘 要： | 综述了AFLP分子标记技术在观赏植物研究中的应用,主要内容有:1)遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析,2)遗传图谱的构建,3)基因定位和克隆,4)种质资源和品种的鉴定,5)辅助选择育种。同时还对AFLP分子标记技术存在的问题和前景作了简要探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper has summarized some of the applications of AFLP molecular marker in ornamental plants as the followings: 1) analysis of genetic diversity and relationships,2) construction of genetic maps,3) gene localization and cloning,4) identification of germplasm resources and cultivars,5) molecular marker-assisted selection.Problems and prospects in AFLP molecular marker are briefly discussed. |
