摘    要:目的]探索不同嫁接方法对苹果体内铁元素含量及生长发育的影响。方法]用BH1216低本底α、β测量仪器测定不同嫁接方法条件下不同器官和组织中59Fe的分配情况。结果]腹接法叶中含铁量显著高于劈接法和切接法;1年生苗叶片的叶绿素含量和苗高、茎粗也大于劈接法和切接法。结论]用腹接法取代劈接法和切接法作为果树高接更新品种的方法对于克服缺铁失绿症,促进更新品种生长具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of different grafting methods to content of iron and growth on apple trees.Method] The distribution of 59Fe in different organs and tissues of young apple trees was measured different grafting method.Result] The iron content in leaves by belly grafting was higher than that by cleft grafting and cutting grafting.And the content of chlorophyll in leaves and seedling height and stem diameter of one year old tree by belly grafting were larger than cleft grafting and cutting grafting too.Conclusion] It was important to replace with belly grafting to cleft grafting and cutting grafting as a method of top working to correct chlorosis and improving growth of new cultivar.
