摘    要:本文利用SAS8.2软件的GLM程序,分析了主要非遗传因素对新疆优质细毛羊13个周岁鉴定性状的影响。结果表明,出生年份和性别对头部评分、体型评分、毛长、手感评分、密度评分、细度、细度匀度评分、弯曲评分、油汗评分、总评分、剪毛量和剪毛后体重有显著的影响,对长度匀度评分无显著影响。出生类型对体型评分、毛长、长度匀度评分、总评分和剪毛量有显著影响,母亲年龄则显著地影响弯曲评分、体型评分和剪毛后体重。分析结果可作为估计新疆优质细毛羊遗传参数和育种值时,考虑固定效应的依据。

Abstract:The influence of main non-genetic factors on 13 traits for shearing and wool quality in high quality Merino Sheep under the natural ecological conditions of Xinjiang were studied useing the GLM procedure of SAS8.2 Significantinfluences of birth years and sex on almost all traits were found. Birth type significantly affected comformation grade, staple length, length uniformity grade, total fleece grade and greasy weight of 13 traits. Age of dam had apparent influences on crimpness grade, comformation grade and live weight after shearing. When estimating genetic parameters and predicting breeding value, the factors which had apparent influences on traits could have been used as fixed effects.
