摘    要:研究了NaCl对豫棉15号种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:低浓度的NaCl(0.4%以下)能促进种子萌发,而高浓度(〉0.7%)时则显著抑制;无论盐浓度高低,都对棉花幼苗生长产生抑制作用,当NaCl浓度超过0.5%时,幼茵的主根长、子叶面积、幼苗干重等均显著低于对照。

Abstract:The effects of salt stress on Yumian 15 cotton seeds germination and seedling growth were investigated, The results showed, low NaCl content(<0.4%)could enhance seeds germination, high NaCl content(>0.7%)obviously suppressed seeds germination. However low or high concentraction of NaCl all suppressed cotton seedling growth, when concentraction of NaCl was over 0.5%, the root length, cotyledon area and dry weight of seedling were lower contrast obviously.
