摘    要:[目的]研究NaCl胁迫对玉米种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以玉米品种农大108种子为材料,研究8种NaCl浓度胁迫对玉米种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。[结果]玉米种子在NaCl胁迫下发芽率,幼苗的苗高、苗重、根数、根长、根重等均随NaCl浓度的增加而下降。其中幼苗的苗高和根长对NaCl胁迫反应最敏感,根数与根重对NaCl胁迫有一定的耐受性。[结论]作物的不同部位对NaCl胁迫的反应不尽相同。
