| 摘 要： | 中国入世带来了机遇到与挑战，中国政府应在宏观上确定对外贸易的发展战略，以便确保中国经济在平稳中求发展。国内企业也应与时俱进，及时调速经营策略，以便扩大经营规模，实现利润最大化及国民经济的良性循环。
