苎麻再生体系的建立及抗虫转基因苎麻的获得

摘    要:建立了以下胚轴切段为外植体的高效苎麻再生体系,并通过农杆菌介导法将Bt毒蛋白基因导入到苎麻体内,获得了16株独立来源的转化植株。经点杂交分析和PCR-Southem分析,结果表明有12株苎麻转化植株的基因组中整合有外源Bt基因。

Abstract:An effective regeneration system of ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.) was established with the hypocotyls as explants.Bt toxin gene was introduced into the ramie plants mediated by Agrobacterium tumefacies,and consequentially 16 transformed plants were regenerated.The dot blotting and PCR-Southern blotting analyses revealed that there were 12 transformed plants whose genomes having been integrated with foreign Bt gene sequence.
