| Abstract: | To make up an excellent scale insect permanent slide,the advanced method depends on routine method of making the permanent slide,links up with observation and identification by microscope.It improve the method on the details of the skills,it avoid losing of scale insect on work,shorten the time of making the slide,and improve the efficiency of quarantine. |
